UTWÖ began with a fascination for objects that live beyond the moment they were created for. An invitation can become part of a home, an element from an event something used for years, and a brand experience can leave behind an object worth collecting. We believe the most meaningful creations don’t simply tell a story, they continue to live within it.

Founded by French-born creative Jennyfer Berlier in California, UTWÖ carries a philosophy deeply rooted in her French background: le fond et la forme, the belief that how something is expressed matters just as much as the idea behind it. Her approach is patient and detail-driven, shaped by an instinct to question the intention behind every choice. Years spent in the U.S. added another perspective: the power of an idea to create impact, conversation and reach. UTWÖ lives between the two, bringing depth and expression together to create objects that are as meaningful as they are memorable.

What began in stationery quickly grew beyond it. Today, we design around the purpose and story of each occasion, considering not only how something will look and feel, but how it will be experienced and what life it might have afterward. With design and production under one roof, we have the freedom to follow an idea beyond predetermined formats.
